Indus Infra Trust closes trading window from 1 July ahead of Q1 FY27 results

Indus Infra Trust has informed BSE and NSE that the trading window for dealing in its units will be closed from 1 July 2026 until 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter ending 30 June 2026. The closure applies to all designated persons and their immediate relatives under SEBI insider trading rules. The board meeting date to approve the Q1 FY27 results will be communicated later.
