Indus Infra Trust has submitted its annual full valuation report for FY 2025-26, conducted by independent valuer Mr. S. Sundararaman. The total Enterprise Value of all 13 Special Purpose Vehicles (road assets under HAM model) stands at INR 89,177 million, with Adjusted EV of INR 94,484 million. Net Asset Value (NAV) per unit is INR 116.81 based on Net Assets of INR 51,738.28 million against 44.29 crore outstanding units. Key acquisitions completed this year include GR Bahadurganj Araria Highway (December 2025), and three additional SPVs (March 2026). The valuation used Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) method with 7.01% WACC, consistent with SEBI InvIT regulations requiring annual independent valuation.
