Indus Infra Trust has informed the stock exchanges that the Board of Directors of its Investment Manager (GR Highways Investment Manager Private Limited) will meet on Wednesday, 30th July 2025. The Board will consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Trust for the quarter ended 30th June 2025 (Q1FY26). It will also consider the declaration of distribution to Unitholders for Q1FY26. The record date for the distribution, if declared, has been fixed as 4th August 2025.
