Indus Infra Trust, a listed InvIT focused on NHAI HAM road projects, reported Q4 and full year FY26 results. Standalone total income fell to Rs. 7,974.04 million from Rs. 14,508.74 million in FY25, while consolidated net profit declined to Rs. 3,826.40 million from Rs. 4,816.66 million. The trust declared a DPU of Rs. 3.50 for Q4 FY26, bringing cumulative distributions to Rs. 27.70 per unit. Three new assets were acquired during the quarter (GR Ujjain Badnawar, GR Bilaspur Urga, GR Ena Kim Expressway) with combined bid project cost of Rs. 4,578 crore, and four additional assets are under SPA. The portfolio now comprises 13 HAM projects spanning ~838.48 km with weighted average concession life of ~11.34 years. CARE Ratings reaffirmed AAA/Stable rating. External consolidated debt stands at Rs. 46,028.78 million.
Despite significant year-on-year income decline due to impairment charges, the trust maintained distributions and expanded its asset base through acquisitions, indicating stable cash flows from annuity-based HAM projects. The growing portfolio of operational road assets and strong credit rating support distributions, though investors should monitor the gap between FY25 and FY26 income levels.
