Indus Infra Trust institutional unit placement closed at Rs 119 per unit

Indus Infra Trust closed its institutional placement of units on 16 June 2026. The Fund Raise Committee approved allocation of 14,28,57,142 units at Rs 119 per unit, which is a 4.87 percent discount to the floor price of Rs 125.09, determined under SEBI InvIT Regulations. The placement document was also finalised on the same date.
