Intimation of the resignation of Ms. Zalak Shah from her role as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f 01/01/2026

Ms. Zalak Shah has resigned from her position as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of Inflame Appliances Limited, effective January 1, 2026, citing the pursuit of further professional opportunities. The Board accepted her resignation at a meeting held on the same day, which ran from 3:45 PM to 4:30 PM. At the same meeting, on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board appointed Ms. Divya Mewara as the new Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, also effective January 1, 2026. Ms. Mewara is a qualified Company Secretary with an LL.B and M.Com, and brings experience in SEBI listing compliance, ROC/MCA filings, and Companies Act matters. There is no gap in the compliance officer role, as the outgoing and incoming KMP transitions on the same date.
