Info Edge board approved appointment of Himanshu Agarwal as Chief Financial Officer, Key Managerial Personnel and Additional Director, to be designated Whole-time Director and CFO, effective September 17, 2026 for a five-year term ending September 16, 2031, subject to shareholder approval. Agarwal brings over three decades of finance leadership experience, including senior roles at ICI India, AstraZeneca Pharma India, AkzoNobel India, Huhtamaki, Times Group, and is currently Whole-time Director and CFO of Cohance Lifesciences.
