Infosys has published its audited consolidated financial results for Q4 and full year ended March 31, 2025 in English and Kannada newspapers, as required under SEBI listing rules. Consolidated revenue from operations grew to ₹40,925 crore in Q4 FY25 (vs ₹37,923 crore in Q4 FY24), with full-year FY25 revenue at ₹162,990 crore. However, Q4 profit for the period fell to ₹7,038 crore from ₹7,975 crore a year ago, partly due to a ₹188 crore impairment of customer-related intangibles. The Board has recommended a final dividend of ₹22 per share, taking total FY25 dividends to ₹43 per share (including the ₹21 interim dividend already paid), with record date May 30, 2025 and payment on June 30, 2025. The company also announced a $17.5 million (~₹150 crore) settlement for the McCamish cybersecurity class-action lawsuit, received favourable income-tax orders adding ₹327 crore of interest income, and agreed to acquire 100% of US-based MRE Consulting Ltd.
Revenue growth is positive but profit dip in Q4 (driven by the intangibles impairment and McCamish settlement accrual) is a near-term watchpoint; a strong total dividend of ₹43/share supports shareholder returns. The proposed MRE Consulting acquisition and tax-order relief are incremental positives for earnings and growth visibility.
