Infosys has extended its long-running partnership with the University of Nottingham, which it has worked with since 2017, to maintain and modernise the university's Student Information System (NottinghamHub). The deal will use Infosys Cobalt (cloud services) and Infosys Topaz Fabric (an agentic AI suite) to improve application availability, security (including Multi-Factor Authentication), and student lifecycle processes. The previous phase of work delivered strong results — 70% reduction in incident volumes, around 30% improvement in system availability and performance, and over 35% cut in infrastructure costs.
