Infronics Systems has published a newspaper notice informing shareholders about a SEBI-mandated special window for re-lodging transfer deeds of physical shares. The window is open from 5th February 2026 to 4th February 2027, covering requests originally lodged before 1st April 2019 that were rejected, returned, or left unattended due to document or process deficiencies. All transfers re-lodged under this window will be processed only in dematerialised form once documents are verified by the company's RTA, Aarthi Consultants Private Limited. Processed securities will remain under lock-in for one year from registration, and requests will be handled within 70 days of receiving complete documentation. Shareholders who missed the earlier deadline of 6th January 2026 can now submit their documents.
This is a compliance and investor service notice. Shareholders holding physical share certificates purchased before April 2019 now have a one-year window to rectify rejected transfers. While this does not directly affect stock price or financials, it benefits investors by enabling them to convert physical holdings into dematerialised form, improving liquidity and registration status.
