Innova Captab Limited has informed the exchanges about a change in the composition of its Audit Committee. Ms. Priyanka Dixit, a Non-Executive Independent Director, has been added as a member of the Audit Committee with effect from 26th May 2026. The existing four members remain unchanged, expanding the committee to five members. The company also corrected a date error from its earlier intimation (changed from 26th May 2025 to 26th May 2026). The re-constituted Audit Committee continues to comply with SEBI LODR Regulation 18 and Section 177 of the Companies Act 2013.
The addition of another Independent Director to the Audit Committee strengthens corporate governance. This is a routine governance update and should be viewed positively as it demonstrates compliance with regulatory requirements and board independence.
