Innovana Thinklabs announced that its associate company, Adcounty Media India Limited, has received listing and trading approval on the BSE SME Platform. Trading in Adcounty Media's equity shares will commence from July 4, 2025. Innovana's equity stake in Adcounty Media has reduced from 24.20% to 17.79% post listing, due to dilution. As a result, Adcounty Media will no longer be classified as an associate company of Innovana Thinklabs under applicable accounting standards.
This is a positive milestone for the Innovana group as one of its entities gets publicly listed, potentially adding value to Innovana's investment in Adcounty Media. However, the reclassification from associate to a simple investment may reduce Innovana's ability to consolidate Adcounty's financials going forward.
