Innovators Facade Systems Ltd held its 26th AGM on 23rd September 2025 via video conference. All seven resolutions were passed with 100% of votes cast in favour and zero votes against. Key items approved include the adoption of audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for FY25, re-appointment of Mr. Shivchand Sharma (DIN: 00298265) as director, appointment of secretarial auditors, appointment of M/s Y.R Doshi & Co as cost auditors for FY26, and three material related-party transactions with Innovators Contracting Works Pvt Ltd, Innovators Building Products Pvt Ltd, and Cleantech Engineering Pvt Ltd.
