Pursuant to regulation 34 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 we hereby submit the Annual Report of the Company for the FY 2024-25.

Innovators Facade Systems Ltd submitted its 26th Annual Report for FY 2024-25 to the BSE as required under SEBI LODR Regulation 34. The company, a 26-year-old facade and fenestration solutions provider with 300+ completed projects including 13 airports, reported standalone revenue of ₹22,137 lakhs (up 2.91% YoY), EBITDA of ₹3,556 lakhs (up 11.36% YoY), and profit after tax of ₹1,578 lakhs (up 4.04% YoY). Net worth grew to ₹14,287 lakhs and EPS reached ₹8.36, up from ₹8.04 in the previous year. The Chairman highlighted improved operational efficiencies, an EBITDA margin gain of approximately 1.25%, and outlined a four-pillar strategy focused on geographic expansion, operational excellence, partnerships, and sustainable growth. The 26th AGM is scheduled for September 23, 2025, where shareholders will also vote on material related party transactions with Innovators Contracting Works (up to ₹90 crore), Innovators Building Products (up to ₹5 crore), and Cleantech Engineering (up to ₹25 crore) for FY 2026-27.
