Inox Green Energy Services has submitted its Q1 FY26 (quarter ended June 30, 2025) standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results, along with the auditor's limited review report. On a standalone basis, total income fell to Rs 6,993 lakh from Rs 9,397 lakh a year ago, a decline of about 26%. Profit after tax dropped to Rs 904 lakh from Rs 1,319 lakh YoY, while EBITDA stood at Rs 2,671 lakh versus Rs 3,572 lakh. The statutory auditor (Dewan P.N. Chopra & Co.) flagged four emphasis-of-matter items, including Rs 5,578 lakh in bank guarantees for 6 SPV wind projects where completion deadlines lapsed and extensions were rejected, pending litigation, and unbilled O&M receivables of Rs 11,878 lakh. The Board also approved appointing M/s VAPN & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for five years (FY26–FY30), subject to shareholder approval. A previously announced demerger of the Power Evacuation business into Inox Renewable Solutions remains pending NCLT approval.
Weak quarter with a notable drop in both revenue and profit compared to last year, and auditor emphasis on SPV-related exposures and large unbilled receivables may keep the stock under pressure. The Secretarial Auditor appointment is routine and not material to investors.
