Disclosure under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 - Product Launch

Insecticides (India) Limited has launched GRANUVIATM, a next-generation insecticide for paddy crops targeting brown plant hopper (BPH) and stem borer control. The product, developed by Corteva Agriscience, will be exclusively distributed by IIL under its own brand. GRANUVIATM provides up to 60 days of BPH control and about two weeks of stem borer protection, with application recommended at 30-35 days after transplanting. BPH can cause 20-60% yield losses while stem borer typically causes 10-30% crop damage. The product uses a granular formulation compatible with common broadcasting methods, reducing the need for multiple sprays. This is a domestic market launch targeting India's paddy farming community.
