Insecticides (India) Limited reported FY26 standalone revenue of Rs 2,14,010 lakhs, up ~7% from Rs 1,99,995 lakhs in FY25. Profit after tax remained flat at Rs 13,978 lakhs vs Rs 13,977 lakhs, with PBT declining to Rs 18,198 lakhs from Rs 19,028 lakhs. The company formulated an Employee Stock Purchase Scheme (ESPS 2026) allowing issuance of up to 2 lakh equity shares to employees. Mrs. Nikunj Aggarwal resigned as Whole Time Director, and Mr. Sanskar Aggarwal was appointed as Whole Time Director (Additional) for 5 years. M/s T. Jain & Associates was appointed as Internal Auditor for 5 years. Both standalone and consolidated financials received unmodified (clean) audit opinions from joint statutory auditors.
Revenue grew modestly (~7%) but profitability declined year-on-year, indicating margin pressure. The appointment of a family member (Mr. Sanskar Aggarwal) as director may attract scrutiny. The ESPS could help employee retention but involves share dilution.
