Insolation Energy reported strong FY25 results with consolidated revenue up 80.9% year-on-year to Rs. 1,333.8 crores. EBITDA surged 101.3% to Rs. 161.1 crores with margin expanding 120 basis points to 12.1%. Profit after tax more than doubled, rising 127.5% to Rs. 126.2 crores, and the company delivered a strong return on capital of 60.1% with Rs. 113.1 crores in operating cash flow. The order book stands at over Rs. 2,000 crores spread across module supplies, KUSUM projects, and EPC contracts. Management announced ambitious growth targets of Rs. 3,000+ crores revenue and Rs. 350+ crores PAT in FY26, scaling to Rs. 8,500+ crores revenue and Rs. 1,350+ crores PAT by FY28, backed by expansion of a 3 GW module line in Jaipur, a 3 GW solar cell line in Madhya Pradesh, and aluminium frame capacity.
Strong growth numbers, margin expansion, and a robust order book are positive signals for shareholders, while the aggressive multi-year revenue and profit targets could support stock sentiment—though execution of large capacity expansion remains the key risk to watch.
