Insolation Energy Ltd's wholly-owned subsidiary, Insolation Green Energy Private Limited, has incorporated two new wholly-owned SPVs — DJEM Green Infra Private Limited and NRGE Green Infra Private Limited — on 14th October 2025 in Rajasthan.
