Insolation Energy Ltd has informed BSE that its wholly owned subsidiary, Insolation Green Energy Private Limited, has incorporated a new step-down subsidiary called MGPG Green Infra Private Limited on 18th August 2025. The new entity (CIN: U43222RJ2025PTC105239) has been set up as a special purpose vehicle (SPV) to develop solar power plants, including rooftop solar projects and other renewable energy work. The SPV has an authorised share capital of Rs. 1 lakh, with 60% held by Insolation Green Energy and 20% each by two individuals (Mrs. Payal Gupta and Mrs. Ekta Jain). The SPV has not yet commenced business operations and there is no turnover or history to report.
This is a routine subsidiary incorporation aligned with the company's core solar/renewable energy business. The financial size is negligible (Rs. 1 lakh capital), so there is no material impact on shareholders or the stock price at this stage.
