The Board of Directors of Insolation Energy Ltd, at its meeting held on 26th May 2025, approved the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee to appoint Dr. Subir Bikas Mitra (DIN: 08321265) as an Independent Director of the Company. The appointment is for a period of five consecutive years, effective from 14th July 2025, and is subject to the approval of the shareholders. The Company has also confirmed that Dr. Mitra is not debarred from holding the office of Director by SEBI or any other authority.
