Inspirisys Solutions Limited has informed the exchanges that its wholly owned subsidiary, Inspirisys Solutions DMCC (ISDMCC) based in Dubai, has been formally dissolved effective 5th May 2025. The Dubai Multi Commodities Centre Authority issued a Notice of Dissolution confirming the closure. This follows an earlier intimation dated 28th September 2023, when the company had announced the voluntary winding up of ISDMCC. ISDMCC was a wholly owned step-down subsidiary and its closure completes the winding-up process initiated nearly two years ago.
This is a routine corporate housekeeping action with no material financial impact, as the subsidiary was already in the process of being wound up. Shareholders are unlikely to see any meaningful effect on earnings or stock price.
