Integra Capital Limited's board, at its meeting on November 12, 2025, approved the standalone unaudited financial results for Q2 FY26 and H1 FY26. Q2 FY26 revenue from operations fell sharply to Rs 8.46 lakhs from Rs 34.92 lakhs in Q2 FY25, a drop of about 76%. For H1 FY26, total revenue declined to Rs 53.31 lakhs versus Rs 81.39 lakhs in the same period last year, down roughly 34%. Q2 profit after tax stood at Rs 6.97 lakhs (vs Rs 23.15 lakhs in Q2 FY25), while H1 FY26 PAT came in at Rs 38.38 lakhs versus Rs 48.83 lakhs in H1 FY25. An exceptional item of Rs 30 lakhs was recorded during the quarter. The statutory auditor, GSA & Associates LLP, issued an unmodified (clean) limited review opinion on the results.
The steep drop in quarterly revenue highlights the volatile nature of the company's investment-linked income, which is its sole operating segment. Q2 bottom line was cushioned by an exceptional item, and operating profit margin compressed sharply from 0.84 to 0.36, suggesting core earnings quality has weakened.
