Integra Essentia Limited submitted its unaudited consolidated and standalone financial results for Q1 FY26 (quarter ended June 30, 2025). Consolidated revenue from operations fell to ₹7,873.45 lakhs from ₹8,606.01 lakhs in Q1 FY25, an 8.5% decline, while net profit plunged to ₹54.48 lakhs from ₹245.26 lakhs, a 78% drop. Profit before tax also fell sharply to ₹64.65 lakhs versus ₹323.78 lakhs, dragged mainly by the Trading Division – Infrastructure segment whose revenue collapsed to ₹126.72 lakhs from ₹1,333.35 lakhs. The Essential Items segment, however, grew to ₹7,746.73 lakhs from ₹7,272.66 lakhs. The company also noted the resignation of Independent Director Mr. Anshumali Bhushan effective August 1, 2025, reconstituted its board committees, and approved the 18th AGM notice for September 5, 2025.
The steep fall in profits and the near-disappearance of infrastructure trading revenue are negatives for shareholders, though weak comparatives are partly explained by the company disposing of associate R.K. Industries in FY25. Customer concentration in the Essential Items segment remains very high, with four customers accounting for a large chunk of Q1 revenue. The board changes and clean (unmodified) limited review from auditor A.K. Bhargav & Co. carry no immediate governance red flags.
