Integrated Capital Services Ltd announced its Q1 FY26 results on August 14, 2025. On a standalone basis, total income from operations was just Rs 1.46 lakhs (vs Rs 2.06 lakhs in Q1 FY25), and the company posted a loss after tax of Rs 15.05 lakhs, wider than the Rs 6.04 lakh loss a year ago. On a consolidated basis, however, total income jumped sharply to Rs 38.74 lakhs (vs Rs 9.44 lakhs), with the company swinging to a profit after tax of Rs 5.97 lakhs from a loss of Rs 8.38 lakhs last year. A large other comprehensive income gain of Rs 96.24 lakhs (standalone) and Rs 69.65 lakhs (consolidated), driven by fair-value revaluation of assets, pushed total comprehensive income positive. The auditor issued an unmodified opinion on the limited review.
Standalone operations remain loss-making and shrinking, which is a concern for shareholders. The consolidated turnaround into profit and the strong revenue growth from subsidiaries/associates are encouraging, and the healthy comprehensive income from asset revaluation offers short-term support to book value.
