Integrated Proteins board on July 9, 2026 approved a 1:10 stock split (Rs 10 to Rs 1 face value), pending shareholder approval. Ten promoter group members, including ex-executive director Vinod Mehta, will be reclassified as public. Three directors resigned citing personal reasons: independent director Priyansh Parekh, director Neepa Kothari, and executive director Vinod Mehta. Three new directors were appointed: Nitish Mehta, Hiren Shah, and Sandeep Mahadik (independent, 5-year term). Board committees were reconstituted.
Stock split aims to improve affordability and liquidity. Major board reshuffle and promoter exit to public category may shift governance perception.
