Intellect Design Arena's Nomination, Remuneration and Compensation Committee approved the grant of 9,76,000 RSUs to 223 associates under the ISOP/RSU 2016 Scheme. The RSUs have a grant price of ₹5 per unit. Vesting will occur in three equal annual installments at the end of the 3rd, 4th, and 5th year from the grant date.
