Intellect Design Arena allotted 29,307 equity shares of Rs. 5 each on July 23, 2025, to employees who exercised their stock options. The shares were issued under three ESOP schemes: 14,982 shares under ISOP 2015, 450 shares under ISOP 2016, and 13,875 shares under the IIPS 2018 plan. Exercise prices ranged from Rs. 5 to Rs. 344.95 per share depending on the scheme. As a result, the company's paid-up equity capital rose from Rs. 69.51 crore to Rs. 69.52 crore, with total shares increasing from 13.90 crore to 13.90 crore.
