Intellect Design Arena has allotted 67,914 equity shares of Rs. 5 each to employees who exercised their stock options on June 19, 2025. The shares were issued under three ESOP schemes: 11,622 shares under ISOP 2015, 1,550 shares under ISOP 2016, and 54,742 shares under the IIPS 2018 scheme.
