Intellect Design Arena has announced a change in the role of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer. Mr. V.V. Naresh will retire from the position effective close of business on July 31, 2025, upon reaching the age of superannuation. Mr. Prakash Bharadwaj, a member of ICSI with 12+ years of experience in corporate and securities law (previously with Infosys, Mindtree, HSBC, and TCS), will take over as the new Company Secretary, Compliance Officer, and Key Managerial Personnel effective August 1, 2025. The change was approved by the Board on July 25, 2025, based on the recommendation of the Nomination, Remuneration and Compensation Committee. Mr. Bharadwaj is not related to any Director or KMP of the Company.
This is a routine KMP transition due to the outgoing official's retirement, with an experienced replacement already lined up. Such orderly succession typically has no material impact on the stock price or business operations.
