Intellect Design Arena has announced a change in the role of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer. The current Company Secretary, Mr. V.V. Naresh, will retire effective July 31, 2025, upon reaching superannuation age, and will cease to be a Key Managerial Personnel (KMP). The Board has approved the appointment of Mr. Prakash Bharadwaj as the new Company Secretary and Compliance Officer (KMP) effective August 1, 2025. Mr. Bharadwaj brings over 12 years of experience in corporate and securities law, having previously worked with Infosys, Mindtree, HSBC, and TCS. He is a member of ICSI and holds a Master's in Business Laws from the National Law School. The transition is a planned succession following the retirement of the outgoing official.
This is a routine, planned KMP transition due to the retirement of the existing Company Secretary. No material impact is expected on the company's operations or stock price, as a qualified replacement has already been identified and appointed.
