Intellect Design Arena has announced a change in its Company Secretary and Compliance Officer role. The existing Company Secretary, Mr. V.V. Naresh, will retire on July 31, 2025, upon reaching the age of superannuation. In his place, Mr. Prakash Bharadwaj has been appointed as the new Company Secretary and Compliance Officer effective August 1, 2025. Mr. Bharadwaj brings over 12 years of experience in corporate and securities law, having previously worked with Infosys, Mindtree, HSBC, and TCS. The change was approved by the Board on July 25, 2025, based on the recommendation of the Nomination, Remuneration and Compensation Committee.
This is a routine KMP transition driven by retirement and not a cause for concern. Shareholders should not expect any material impact on the stock or business operations from this administrative change.
