Intellect Design Arena has announced a change in its Company Secretary and Compliance Officer. Mr. V.V. Naresh will retire from the role effective July 31, 2025, upon reaching superannuation age, and will also cease to be a Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) and Senior Management Personnel. Mr. Prakash Bharadwaj, a Company Secretary with 12+ years of experience in corporate and securities law (previously with Infosys, Mindtree, HSBC, and TCS), will take over as the new Company Secretary & Compliance Officer effective August 1, 2025. He will also be one of the KMPs authorised to determine materiality of events and make disclosures to stock exchanges. The board approved both changes at its meeting on July 25, 2025, based on the recommendation of the Nomination, Remuneration and Compensation Committee.
This is a routine, planned leadership transition with no governance concerns. A senior KMP is retiring on schedule and a qualified replacement from reputed firms is being appointed, which should ensure continuity in compliance and regulatory matters for shareholders.
