The Board of Directors of Infinite India Investment Management Limited, the Investment Manager of the Trust, has noted the resignation of Mr. Jay Jadav as the Compliance Officer of the Trust, effective from the close of business hours on August 8, 2025. Based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board has approved the appointment of Ms. Jayanti Chaurasia Naita, a qualified Company Secretary, as the new Compliance Officer with effect from August 9, 2025. The change was made pursuant to Regulation 10(25) of SEBI (Infrastructure Investment Trusts) Regulations, 2014.
