Intelligent Supply Chain Infrastructure Trust has filed its Annual Secretarial Compliance Report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The report, prepared by Practicing Company Secretaries Shroff Negandhi and Associates LLP, confirms that the InvIT has complied with all applicable statutory provisions under SEBI regulations including the InvIT Regulations, Listing Regulations, and PIT Regulations. No deviations or non-compliance were found during the review period. SEBI had conducted an inspection of the Trust for the period March 1, 2023 to March 31, 2025, with findings communicated on March 2, 2026, to which the company responded on March 10, 2026. A previous compliance issue regarding Risk Management Committee composition has been rectified.
