Intelligent Supply Chain Infrastructure Trust (an InvIT sponsored by Reliance Retail Ventures) reported Q1 FY26 results. On a standalone basis, revenue from operations was flat at ₹147.87 crore and profit was ₹83.02 crore, with net distributable cash flow of ₹83.71 crore and ₹84.28 crore actually distributed to unitholders. On a consolidated basis, revenue grew modestly to ₹344.60 crore (from ₹332.86 crore YoY), but the group reported a loss of ₹78.43 crore, wider than the ₹11.75 crore loss a year ago, driven by high depreciation (₹147.94 crore), finance costs (₹77.76 crore), and a sharp jump in 'other expenses' to ₹82.44 crore from just ₹0.10 crore a year ago. Deloitte Haskins & Sells LLP issued a clean (unmodified) limited review report. The Trust retains its CARE AAA/Stable rating (reaffirmed April 2025), with no contingent liabilities or commitments.
For unit-holders, distributions remain healthy and the AAA credit rating is intact, but the widening consolidated loss and near-total revenue dependence on Reliance group entities (warehousing services income from Reliance Retail = essentially all of consolidated revenue) are points to watch. The standalone picture remains stable, so the unit price is more likely to be driven by distribution visibility and sponsor-linked risk than by the consolidated accounting loss.
