Intense Technologies reported weak Q1FY26 (quarter ended June 30, 2025) results. Consolidated revenue from operations fell about 22.5% year-on-year to Rs. 3,051.80 lakhs (from Rs. 3,935.52 lakhs in Q1FY25), while consolidated profit after tax dropped roughly 77% YoY to Rs. 126.27 lakhs (from Rs. 550.31 lakhs). On a standalone basis, the company swung to a loss of Rs. 52.91 lakhs versus a profit of Rs. 383.40 lakhs in the year-ago quarter, with standalone revenue declining about 35.8% YoY. Statutory auditor MSPR & Co. issued an unqualified limited review report on both sets of results. The board also approved allotment of 2,000 equity shares (face value Rs. 2) under the ESOP Plan A 2009, raising share capital marginally to Rs. 4,70,36,398. The 35th AGM is scheduled for September 30, 2025 via video conferencing, with share transfer books closed from September 24–30 for the AGM and dividend payment.
Sharp YoY decline in both revenue and profitability, with the standalone business slipping into a loss, signals a weak quarter that is likely to weigh negatively on the stock. However, the clean auditor review and the continuing dividend payment suggest no immediate solvency concerns.
