Intense Technologies Limited filed its audited consolidated and standalone financial results for Q4 and FY25. Consolidated revenue from operations grew ~30.8% YoY to ₹14,979.64 lakhs (vs ₹11,448.73 lakhs in FY24), but profit after tax grew only ~4.4% to ₹1,632.31 lakhs. Standalone revenue rose ~24% to ₹12,740.36 lakhs while standalone PAT fell ~10.6% to ₹1,070.91 lakhs. IT infrastructure costs tripled year-on-year (₹939.79 lakhs to ₹2,820.37 lakhs), compressing overall margins. The Board has recommended a 50% dividend (₹1 per share on ₹2 face value). The auditor (MSPR & Co) issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on both sets of results.
Strong top-line growth is a positive, but the mismatch with bottom-line growth, sharply higher IT infrastructure costs, and a steep drop in operating cash flow (standalone turned negative at ₹(451.51) lakhs; consolidated fell to ₹184.94 lakhs from ₹2,780.81 lakhs) signal margin and working-capital pressure. The dividend is shareholder-friendly, but cash conversion and rising trade receivables (up ~50% YoY) are points to watch.
