IEPF 100 days campaign-"Saksham Niveshak"

Inter Globe Finance Ltd is rolling out a 100-day 'Saksham Niveshak' campaign as directed by the Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority (IEPFA), Ministry of Corporate Affairs, via its circular dated July 16, 2025. The campaign aims to help shareholders whose dividends and/or shares remain unclaimed or unpaid to update their records and claim these amounts before they are transferred to the IEPF. Shareholders are asked to update their PAN, nomination, contact details, bank account information and specimen signature by submitting forms (ISR-1, ISR-2, SH-13, ISR-3) to the company's Registrar & Transfer Agent, Niche Technologies Private Limited, by November 6, 2025. This is a routine regulatory awareness drive and no new financial numbers, dividends or corporate actions are announced.
