Inter Globe Finance Limited has submitted copies of its audited standalone financial results for Q4 and full year ended March 31, 2025, as published in Business Standard (English) and Arthik Lipi (Bengali) newspapers. Total income from operations for FY25 rose to Rs. 1,484.38 crore from Rs. 1,119.79 crore in FY24, but net profit after tax dropped sharply to Rs. 33.75 crore from Rs. 81.12 crore previously. Q4 FY25 (standalone) showed a loss of Rs. 44.91 lakh after tax, compared to a profit of Rs. 68.70 lakh in Q4 FY24. Basic EPS for FY25 stood at Rs. 3.77 versus Rs. 12.37 in FY24. The results were reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board on May 30, 2025.
Despite revenue growth of about 33% in FY25, profitability has more than halved year-on-year, and the company slipped into a quarterly loss in Q4. This sharp profit decline is negative for shareholders and could weigh on the stock price.
