Full-year revenue grew 12% YoY to Rs. 1,453.8 crore, with EBITDA up 21% at Rs. 136.2 crore and PAT up 25% at Rs. 107.8 crore. Q4 FY25 revenue rose 20% YoY to Rs. 463.5 crore. EBITDA margins improved to 10.5% in Q4 and 9.4% for the full year. The company secured India's largest-ever single PEB order worth over Rs. 300 crore and had an order book of Rs. 1,646 crore as of April 30, 2025. The Board recommended a maiden dividend of Rs. 12.5 per share. Management announced strategic partnerships with Jindal Steel & Power and Moldtek Technologies, capacity expansion from 1,61,000 MT to ~2,00,000 MT by Q1 FY26, and an ambitious target to double revenues over the next 3-4 years.
Strong execution, record order inflows, debt-free balance sheet, and maiden dividend reinforce confidence in growth trajectory. Capacity expansion and strategic partnerships position the company for sustained double-digit growth, likely viewed positively by investors.
