Second, Mr. Aditya Vij, former CEO of Fortis Healthcare and ex-Operating Partner at Kedaara Capital, has also been appointed as an Additional Independent Director for 5 years. Third, Mr. Arvind Nanda, associated with the company since its incorporation and a Chartered Accountant with 30+ years in the pre-engineered steel buildings industry, has been re-appointed as Managing Director with effect from August 9, 2026.
