Interarch Building Solutions reported Q1 FY26 revenue of ₹381 Cr, up 25.5% YoY, with EBITDA at ₹31.6 Cr (+16.9%) and PAT at ₹28.4 Cr (+39.9%). Despite top-line growth, EBITDA margin slipped to 8.3% from 8.9% in Q1 FY25, though PAT margin improved to 7.5% on lower tax and stronger other income. Order book stood healthy at ₹1,695 Cr as of July 31, 2025, with ₹452 Cr in new order wins between May and July 2025, including India's largest-ever single PEB order worth over ₹300 Cr. The company announced capacity expansion of 40,000 MT (to ~2,00,000 MT total) by Q2 FY26, a new Heavy Steel Structures plant by July 2026, and strategic partnerships with Jindal Steel & Power and Moldtek Technologies to boost exports and urban infrastructure reach. Management set an ambitious target to double revenues over the next 3–4 years.
Strong order book visibility and capacity expansion plans support growth, but margin compression in Q1 is a watch point. The debt-free, net cash-positive balance sheet and clear revenue-doubling target are positives for long-term investors.
