Interarch Building Solutions reported FY26 revenue of Rs. 1,898 crores, a 31% increase from Rs. 1,453 crores in FY25. Q4 revenue was Rs. 500 crores with 8.7% sequential growth. EBITDA for the year was Rs. 176 crores (29% growth) with margins steady at 9.3%, while Q4 EBITDA margin was 10.5%. PAT grew 25% to Rs. 135 crores. The order book stands at over Rs. 1,700 crores with a pipeline of Rs. 700-800 crores expected to convert in 60 days and Rs. 3,500 crores in 2-7 months. The company is expanding capacity with Gujarat PEB plant (Phase 1 in July) and Andhra Pradesh heavy structure plant (Phase 1 by August), targeting FY27 revenue of Rs. 2,150-2,200 crores and FY28 of Rs. 2,500 crores.
Strong execution with 31% revenue growth and steady margins demonstrates robust demand environment. The company has full order visibility for the next 9 months and is accelerating capacity expansion to meet demand. Export business via new JV with Canadian partner for North America should provide margin support going forward.
