The Investment and Finance Committee of Interise Trust's Investment Manager, Interise Investment Managers Private Limited, met on May 22, 2026, and approved the issuance of Commercial Papers. The CPs will be issued in one or more tranches with an aggregate ceiling of Rs. 1,800 Crores. Commercial Papers are short-term debt instruments typically used to meet working capital requirements. This approval gives the Trust the flexibility to raise funds from the market as and when needed. The meeting outcome has been communicated to BSE (scrip codes: 541300, 974904, 729550, 977222, 977223) and NSE (trading symbol: INTERISE).
Shareholders should note that this is a short-term borrowing mechanism and the actual amount raised will depend on market conditions and the Trust's funding needs. It provides financial flexibility but increases the Trust's debt obligations.
