INTERISE TRUST has informed the Exchange regarding Disclosure of material issue
Awaiting price reaction for this filing.
This is a follow-up to Interise Trust's earlier intimation dated October 1, 2025, which had informed unitholders about a September 13, 2025 circular from NHAI that revised the Wholesale Price Index (WPI) linking factor from 1.641 to 1.561 for computing user fee (toll) rates on public funded and BOT highway concession agreements. The Trust now updates that Highway Operators Association (I) and others filed writ petitions before the Delhi High Court challenging this revision. On October 17, 2025, the Hon'ble Court directed that the NHAI circular be kept in abeyance and asked NHAI to re-examine the circular after considering representations from the petitioners and other stakeholders. Interise Trust (an InvIT with highway assets under NHAI concessions) is accordingly communicating this development to the exchanges.
Positive for Interise Trust unitholders — the lower WPI linking factor (which would have reduced annual toll revisions and cash flows for highway InvITs/operators) has been put on hold pending review, giving near-term relief and removing an overhang on the Trust's toll revenue assumptions.
