Interise Trust has informed the stock exchanges that its Investment Manager, Interise Investment Managers Limited, has been converted into a private limited company effective October 1, 2025. The entity will now be known as Interise Investment Managers Private Limited. This is a follow-up to an earlier intimation made on May 24, 2024. The change applies only to the Investment Manager's legal structure; the Trust itself continues to operate unchanged. The filing was signed by Amit Shah, Chief Compliance Officer and VP – Company Secretary of the Investment Manager.
