INTERISE TRUST has informed the Exchange regarding Disclosure of material issue
Awaiting price reaction for this filing.
Interise Trust, through its Investment Manager Interise Investment Managers Private Limited, has allotted 34,542 unsecured, listed, rated commercial papers with a face value of Rs. 5 Lakhs each, aggregating to Rs. 1,727.10 Crores. The commercial papers have a short tenure of 91 days and are expected to be listed on BSE by June 4, 2026. ICICI Bank is acting as the Issuer and Paying Agent, while IDBI Trusteeship Services and Axis Trustee Services are the Trustee and Debenture Trustee respectively. This follows an earlier intimation dated May 22, 2026, and is done in compliance with SEBI InvIT Regulations and SEBI (Issue and Listing of Non-Convertible Securities) Regulations, 2021.
This is a routine short-term debt raise of Rs. 1,727.10 Crores via commercial papers. It signals that the InvIT is actively tapping the debt market for short-term funding needs, but is unlikely to have a material impact on unit price given the very short 91-day tenor.
