Interise Trust received its periodic credit rating review from ICRA on May 26, 2026. All existing ratings were reaffirmed and remain unchanged across multiple instruments. ICRA maintained its highest AAA (Stable) rating for the issuer, non-convertible debentures (Rs. 2,985 crore), and long-term bank facilities (Rs. 6,959 crore including term loans and proposed facilities). Short-term ratings of A1+ were also reaffirmed for commercial papers (Rs. 1,800 crore total) and overdraft facilities (Rs. 10 crore). The bank guarantee rating of AAA/A1+ for Rs. 340 crore was similarly reaffirmed. This is a routine surveillance review confirming the trust's strong creditworthiness.
No impact on shareholders as all credit ratings were maintained at the highest levels. The reaffirmation indicates Interise Trust continues to have very strong debt servicing capability and low credit risk, which is positive for investors in its NCDs and units.
