Interise Trust (formerly IndInfravit Trust), an Infrastructure Investment Trust, held its 7th Annual Meeting on July 25, 2025 via video conferencing. Five resolutions were put to vote and all were passed successfully: (1) adoption of audited standalone financial statements for FY25, (2) adoption of consolidated financial statements for FY25, (3) approval of the valuation report by RBSA Valuation Advisors LLP, (4) re-appointment of RBSA Valuation Advisors LLP as the Valuer, and (5) approval of a revised Distribution policy.
